Activity 8-african nationalism
1.  1   African nationalism is the nationalist political movement of Africa to become unified as one and demand independence.
2.  2 The aborigine’s rights protecting society which was founded in 1897, the African national congress founded in 1912 and national congress of West Africa founded in 1920 all supported this cause.
3. 3    Pan Africanism is a movement to create better political and social communication and to unify them into 1 big community
4. 4    African nationalism is having freedom and bringing them together whereas pan Africanism is bringing every one with different interests together.
5. 5    The sixth pan conference held in Manchester was attended by Kwame Nkrumah, and Robert Sobukwe was the founder and leader of the pan- Africanist congress (PAC).
6. 6    This relates to Africanism because the Africans were taken to America as slaves and they had no rights and had to fight to survive and he talks about their struggle.
